The role leads the design, implementation, and analysis of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems for the DREAMS project in Ethiopia, ensuring high-quality data collection, stakeholder reporting, and continuous learning to support refugee self-reliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional/project MEL implementation, manage data collection budgets and timelines
- Supervise senior enumerators and ensure data quality and audits
- Analyze participant tracking data and maintain dashboards
- Prepare MEL reports for funders and stakeholders
- Train field teams on data capture and monitoring protocols
- Coordinate with consortium partners and document best practices
- Recruit and train new field officers
- Ensure safeguarding compliance and report incidents
