The Infrastructure Technology Expert leads the technical credibility of V‑Tech’s infrastructure practice, validating solution designs, evaluating new technologies, enabling internal teams, and engaging with vendors to support high‑value bank, government and enterprise opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as final technical authority on complex infrastructure solution designs for high-value bank, government and enterprise opportunities
- Advise sales and pre‑sales teams on feasibility, risk and trade‑offs of proposed solutions
- Validate architecture choices before client delivery
- Review and strengthen technical content for RFP/RFI responses and government tenders
- Evaluate new infrastructure technologies and OEM product lines for fit with target verticals
- Develop and deliver internal technical training to raise overall technical competence
- Maintain core reference materials and represent V-Tech at industry events and partner briefings
- Act as senior technical contact with OEM and technology partners, escalating complex issues
