The Administrative Officer will oversee human resource and financial operations, ensuring adherence to UN policies while supporting staff and managerial functions in the OHCHR Regional Hub.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, staff wellbeing and training
- Lead implementation of work programme budget and financial resources
- Ensure compliance with UN administrative rules and procedures
- Provide HR advisory support to managers and staff
- Manage budgets and financial reporting
- Utilize ERP systems such as Umoja for data management
