About the Role

Support the UN Economic Commission for Africa’s Human Resources Management Section by managing staff contracts, benefits, and administrative processes while ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with established policies.

Responsibilities

  • Administer contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Process staff movements and benefits entitlements
  • Maintain HR records and data integrity
  • Prepare routine reports and dashboards
  • Provide guidance on HR procedures to staff
  • Assist in special HR projects and clean-up exercises
