About the Role

The Communications Assistant supports the Africa Hall Visitors Centre by welcoming guests, delivering tours, answering inquiries, and contributing to marketing and communication projects. The role involves gathering and presenting visitor data, updating materials, and ensuring a safe and informative experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive visitors at the campus
  • Conduct in‑person and virtual tours for diverse visitor groups
  • Answer questions accurately and engage visitors
  • Update informational materials and promotional content
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Support visualizations and website or brochure updates
