The Team Leader will guide UNDP Ethiopia’s democratic governance and peacebuilding initiatives, delivering policy advice, programme management, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilisation to strengthen inclusive governance in Ethiopia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate UNDP Ethiopia’s governance and peacebuilding programmes, ensuring quality from design to monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide high‑quality policy analysis and technical advisory services to UNDP, government, partners, and civil society.
- Design and implement resource mobilisation strategies and manage donor coordination.
- Facilitate multi‑stakeholder dialogues, consensus building, and knowledge sharing platforms.
- Lead the DGP Unit team, overseeing human resources, procurement, and compliance with UNDP procedures.
