The Team Leader will spearhead UNDP Ethiopia’s democratic governance and peacebuilding initiatives, coordinating programme implementation, providing policy advice, mobilizing resources, and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve national development goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate UNDP Ethiopia’s governance and peacebuilding programmes
- Provide policy analysis and technical advisory to internal and external stakeholders
- Design and implement resource mobilization strategies
- Facilitate communication, knowledge sharing and stakeholder dialogues
- Manage and mentor the DGP unit team and ensure compliance with corporate processes
