About the Role

Lead the implementation of a biodiversity conservation project in Ethiopia, overseeing field operations, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building to support protected area management and sustainable livelihoods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead field-level implementation of biodiversity projects
  • Apply expertise in protected area management and habitat restoration
  • Develop scientific methods for data collection and monitoring
  • Produce technical outputs such as GIS maps and reports
  • Provide inputs for progress evaluation and adaptive solutions
  • Design and deliver capacity-building activities
