About the Role

The Project Coordinator will oversee the field implementation of biodiversity conservation projects, ensuring alignment with ecological priorities, delivering technical outputs, building partner capacities, and managing project budgets and compliance in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-level implementation of biodiversity projects
• Develop and implement monitoring and data collection methods
• Produce technical outputs such as GIS maps and reports
• Design and deliver capacity-building training
• Ensure compliance with national strategies and donor requirements
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting
