The Maintenance Technician – Electrical is responsible for ensuring safe operation and optimal performance of brewery equipment, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, managing maintenance schedules via SAP, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe working environment
- Operate and maintain equipment per safety rules and standards
- Report accidents and incidents
- Ensure product quality by maintaining machines
- Follow ISO and HACCP procedures
- Work independently or in a team
- Report equipment failures and inefficiencies
- Initiate improvement activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance data
- Prioritize work and mobilize resources
- Execute maintenance plans in SAP
- Support RCA when needed
