The Junior HR Officer supports the Human Resources team by managing daily HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, attendance & leave administration, and employee engagement initiatives within a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and activities
- Participate in recruitment processes including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare attendance, leave, and related HR reports
- Draft HR correspondence, letters, certificates, and reports
- Create and update employee personnel files in compliance with company policies
- Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions and projects
