About the Role

The Junior HR Officer supports the Human Resources team by managing daily HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, attendance & leave administration, and employee engagement initiatives within a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and activities
  • Participate in recruitment processes including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare attendance, leave, and related HR reports
  • Draft HR correspondence, letters, certificates, and reports
  • Create and update employee personnel files in compliance with company policies
  • Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions and projects
