About the Role

Lead all marketing activities for assigned brands, driving brand equity through strategy development, creative concept leadership, integrated campaign execution, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans aligned with strategic objectives
  • Lead brand strategy and creative concept development
  • Translate marketing goals into actionable briefs for design and digital teams
  • Design, implement, and optimize integrated launch and activation campaigns across channels
  • Leverage consumer insights to inform positioning and communication
  • Ensure brand activations align with channel segmentation and regulatory constraints
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance and provide actionable recommendations
