About the Role

The Warehouse Officer - Junior manages product flow, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations at United Beverages Ethiopia, ensuring efficient handling of goods and compliance with safety and procedural standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, issue, and maintain United Beverages products and assets
• Ensure stock movement accuracy and record all movements in the company system
• Send daily warehouse execution reports
• Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Manage market returns per procedure
• Raise all manual documents on time
• Supervise casual staff and forklift drivers
• Apply inventory management techniques daily
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
• Maintain good working relationships with managers and peers
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and proper documentation
