About the Role

The Programme Associate supports the design, execution, and reporting of UNICEF’s STEP education program in Ethiopia, handling financial management, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination to ensure effective delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support programme planning, implementation and monitoring for the STEP project
  • Manage grant finances and budget tracking
  • Analyze data and produce reports for stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal units and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with UNICEF policies and donor requirements
