Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and control branch activities
- Lead and supervise staff to deliver efficient service
- Achieve business targets including deposits, loans and profitability
- Promote products and services to customers
- Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Monitor performance and implement productivity strategies
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Approve transactions within authority limits
- Support credit administration and loan portfolio quality
- Manage cash and safeguard assets
- Prepare operational and financial reports
