About the Role

Support a qualitative research project by recruiting participants, conducting interviews, transcribing and translating data, coding transcripts, and preparing analytical summaries under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule in‑depth interviews (IDIs) and key informant interviews (KIIs), recruiting participants per protocol
  • Conduct up to 34 IDIs/KIIs, ensuring high‑quality audio recordings and accurate field notes
  • Transcribe and translate interview recordings verbatim into English while preserving contextual meaning
  • Develop and apply codebooks for thematic analysis using manual or software methods
  • Prepare concise evidence‑based summaries and analytical reports, maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards
