About the Role

The Admin Supervisor oversees facility maintenance, fleet management, utilities coordination, vendor relations, and general office support to ensure smooth operations and high standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in staff work for facility maintenance
  • Ensure high-quality cleaning service across all office areas
  • Oversee fleet and utilities management implementation
  • Develop procedures for vehicle handling and utilization
  • Coordinate vehicle registration, inspection, maintenance, repairs, fuel consumption, and insurance
  • Report utility issues, solutions, and costs to line managers
  • Maintain vendor relationships for efficient facility operations
  • Liaise with public utilities to ensure continuous service
  • Monitor timely bill settlement for external providers
  • Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of facilities and equipment
  • Perform general office support tasks as assigned
  • Ensure company properties are insured and updated in property lists
  • Lead workspace arrangements, configure office areas, organize furniture, repairs, and improvements
