Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities
  • Monitor project progress and report updates
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
  • Verify quality of workmanship and materials
  • Assist with site inspections and documentation
  • Source and obtain supplier quotations
  • Compare quotations and prepare recommendations
  • Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and lead times
  • Track procurement schedules and maintain logs
