Responsibilities
- Oversee retail network within assigned territory
- Drive sales performance and profitability across stations
- Ensure HSEQ compliance and conduct safety audits
- Lead training initiatives on safety and product handling
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company targets
- Monitor station performance, take corrective actions, and identify new opportunities
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Implement shop and food service concepts and maintain quality standards
- Analyze P&L reports and support budgeting and cost control
- Build dealer relationships, train staff, handle complaints, and execute marketing campaigns
