About the Role

Retail Sales Territory Manager responsible for driving sales and profitability across assigned stations while ensuring HSEQ compliance and delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee retail network within assigned territory
  • Drive sales performance and profitability across stations
  • Ensure HSEQ compliance and conduct safety audits
  • Lead training initiatives on safety and product handling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company targets
  • Monitor station performance, take corrective actions, and identify new opportunities
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Implement shop and food service concepts and maintain quality standards
  • Analyze P&L reports and support budgeting and cost control
  • Build dealer relationships, train staff, handle complaints, and execute marketing campaigns
