The Development Officer will drive the expansion and optimization of TotalEnergies’ retail network by identifying new site opportunities, conducting market and financial analyses, coordinating projects across functions, and ensuring assets perform to business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential sites for new service stations
- Conduct market studies, traffic counts, site surveys and business analyses
- Develop and maintain a strategic pipeline of network development projects
- Monitor competitors, market trends and infrastructure plans
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams during project implementation
- Prepare financial feasibility studies and investment proposals
- Support asset optimization initiatives and post‑investment performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSSE requirements
