The Senior Maintenance Technician leads the repair, preventive maintenance, and deployment of IT hardware systems for clients, ensuring high availability and SLA compliance while supervising a team of technicians.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex hardware faults in servers, desktops, laptops, networking equipment, POS systems, printers, and peripherals
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Lead installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT hardware infrastructure
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians
- Provide on‑site technical support for critical client incidents
- Manage warranty claims and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
