Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell coffee products to retail, wholesale and corporate customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on inquiries and orders
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
