Senior Marketing Officer

About the Role

The Senior Marketing Officer will design and implement marketing strategies, drive new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with operations to promote TM Multimodal Logistics’ freight forwarding and logistics services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, and related sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and service offerings to prospective clients
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively
• Participate in networking events, trade exhibitions, and business forums to promote the company's services
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients and business partners
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
