The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front‑office operations, handling calls, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Manage reception area to remain organized and presentable
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls appropriately
- Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence and packages
- Maintain accurate visitor and appointment records
- Coordinate meeting schedules and arrange conference rooms as needed
- Handle office filing systems and ensure proper document management
