The Program Officer will manage the national-level implementation of the VOICE+ project, coordinating activities across Ethiopia, ensuring HRBA and inclusion principles, overseeing MEAL processes, stakeholder engagement, and supporting organizational program management.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and quality implementation of VOICE+ activities
- Coordinate with consortium partners for integrated delivery
- Ensure HRBA, gender equality, and inclusion principles in all interventions
- Contribute to MEAL system design, data collection, and reporting
- Engage stakeholders, represent TIMRAN in forums, and coordinate media outreach
- Support budgeting, procurement planning, and financial compliance
