The Finance & Administration Manager directs the company’s finance and administrative functions, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, effective budgeting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making across business units.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day finance and administration operations
- Supervise and coach a finance team of 3
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
- Manage external partner or project budgets and reporting
- Strengthen internal controls and approval workflows
- Oversee bank transactions, payments and working capital monitoring
- Coordinate annual audits and support audit findings closure
- Ensure statutory compliance including tax and payroll obligations
- Oversee administrative functions related to office operations and procurement
- Support management with financial analysis for investment decisions
