About the Role

The Finance & Administration Manager directs the company’s finance and administrative functions, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, effective budgeting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making across business units.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day finance and administration operations
  • Supervise and coach a finance team of 3
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning
  • Manage external partner or project budgets and reporting
  • Strengthen internal controls and approval workflows
  • Oversee bank transactions, payments and working capital monitoring
  • Coordinate annual audits and support audit findings closure
  • Ensure statutory compliance including tax and payroll obligations
  • Oversee administrative functions related to office operations and procurement
  • Support management with financial analysis for investment decisions
