The role oversees all human resource functions for Theday Agroindustry, ensuring effective recruitment, employee management, performance systems, and compliance while supporting organizational growth and fostering a gender-inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR functions
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee induction
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance and leave records
- Support performance management, probation follow-up and staff development planning
- Coordinate employee relations, workplace discipline and grievance handling
- Assist with salary administration and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
- Advise on HR planning, staffing, culture and workplace performance
