Lead and manage all technical and managerial aspects of WASH interventions across Tigray, Amhara, and Oromia, ensuring quality design, implementation, M&E, and donor reporting while building local capacity.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in WASH design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation across regions
- Coordinate overall WASH programming with project staff and regional teams
- Build capacity of staff and partners on WASH activities
- Lead emergency WASH responses and ensure quality standards
- Prepare procurement plans, budgets and activity schedules
- Supervise field implementation and provide technical support
- Compile timely reports for donors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Sphere standards, donor regulations and host government requirements
- Integrate gender, environmental sustainability and other cross‑cutting issues into programs
- Facilitate coordination within national WASH clusters and with external partners
