About the Role

The Grants Manager leads the entire grant lifecycle—from acquisition and proposal development to compliance, reporting, and closeout—ensuring alignment with donor regulations and organizational objectives while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead grant acquisition, proposal development, and submission processes
  • Manage the grant lifecycle including compliance, reporting, and closeout
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Program, Finance, HR, Procurement) for timely deliverables
  • Maintain strong donor relationships and respond to queries
  • Ensure adherence to donor regulations and internal policies
  • Support capacity building and knowledge management within LWF Ethiopia
