This mid‑level role supports GAIN’s Ethiopia country office by identifying funders, leading proposal development, ensuring donor compliance, and building local capacity to secure new funding for health and nutrition projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new donors and funding opportunities
• Lead proposal development and coordination with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting
• Build capacity of Ethiopia team in project development and reporting
• Support business development services for SME growth initiatives
