The role oversees planning, implementation, budgeting, and monitoring of animal welfare projects in selected Ethiopian woreda areas, coordinating teams, ensuring quality delivery, and representing the organization to local stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and implementation of woreda projects
- Coordinate project teams and monitor activities against plans
- Manage financial processes including budget phasing, payments, and reporting
- Facilitate monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to stakeholders
- Build capacity of field staff in M&E and project management
- Represent Brooke Ethiopia at government and stakeholder forums
