This role leads the integration of Brooke’s Animal Health Mentoring Framework into VTI’s curriculum, oversees the establishment of a Clinical Skills Lab, trains students and faculty in equine welfare, and coordinates community outreach to enhance animal health services.
Responsibilities
- Mainstream AHMF in university teaching
- Train students and faculty on equine medicine and welfare practices
- Establish and manage Clinical Skills Lab
- Coordinate outreach programmes with local providers
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes
- Prepare quarterly reports and success stories
