About the Role

The Junior Functional Consultant supports the company’s Odoo‑based ERP system by providing first‑level user support, assisting with configuration and updates, documenting processes, and preparing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to internal users
• Assist in configuring and maintaining Odoo modules
• Support implementation of new features and system updates
• Document business requirements and system processes
• Test system changes before deployment
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members
• Prepare basic user guides and training materials
• Support data entry, cleanup, and report generation
