Responsibilities

- Monitor and record vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Support nursing staff in executing care plans and medical procedures
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with patient mobility and transportation within the facility
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in training and development programs as needed
