About the Role

The Warehouse Officer manages inventory levels, monitors stock balances, ensures accurate procurement information, maintains organization, and follows procedures to support the company's supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop maximum & minimum inventory levels and manage movements
• Monitor balances to prevent stockouts and excess costs
• Track changes in spare part identification numbers and notify users
• Maintain organized division supporting company goals
• Follow processes for fuel, spares and consumables management
• Receipt and proper handling of incoming parts and products
• Ensure availability of materials as needed
