The role involves leading strategic planning and institutional reform efforts, coordinating monitoring and evaluation activities, designing performance measurement tools, and preparing comprehensive reports to support the company’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate annual company plans with work units
- Lead institutional reform initiatives (kaizen, ISO, BSC)
- Coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities with partners
- Gather and report feedback from M&E interventions
- Design systems for performance data capture
- Identify industry indicators for plan achievement
- Prepare periodic target accomplishment reports
- Produce progress and status reports per lender agreements
