Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects for government and private clients
• Supervise site activities and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports and action plans
• Utilize project management software such as Primavera, MS Project, and Civil 3D to track progress
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
