The Planning Coordinator assists in developing and executing annual and quarterly plans, tracks key performance indicators and budgets, maintains dashboards, and coordinates across departments to ensure timely delivery of organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly plans
- Coordinate inputs from departments for consolidated planning
- Maintain planning calendars and ensure timely submission of deliverables
- Collect and compile performance data and track KPIs, budgets, and timelines
- Update monitoring dashboards and prepare progress reports
- Act as liaison between departments and leadership to execute plans
- Highlight variances, delays, or risks in execution
- Provide documentation for audits and reviews
