About the Role

Oversee the review and management of all procurement and service contracts to ensure legal soundness, risk mitigation, and alignment with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Examine procurement, vendor, service, and project contracts for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify risks, ambiguities, and unfavorable clauses
  • Ensure alignment with group-wide procurement and legal standards
  • Highlight potential financial, operational, and legal risks
  • Recommend revisions to safeguard company interests
  • Include protective clauses such as indemnity, warranties, penalties, dispute resolution
  • Standardize contract templates and clauses across subsidiaries
  • Consolidate subsidiary contract data for group-level oversight
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies
  • Provide inputs during supplier negotiations and framework agreements
  • Maintain a centralized repository of vetted contracts
  • Track KPIs such as contract turnaround time, compliance rate, and risk reduction
