Lead monitoring of all projects, ensuring financial discipline, risk management and performance reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Establish monitoring frameworks, KPIs and performance metrics for all projects
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets
- Track progress against scope, budget and timelines
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Identify cost overruns and inefficiencies, proposing mitigation strategies
- Ensure financial discipline and transparency in reporting
- Track project milestones and deadlines
- Identify risks of delays and elevate to leadership
- Prepare consolidated dashboards and reports for senior leadership and the board
- Provide insights into project health, risks and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements and industry standards
