About the Role

Lead monitoring of all projects, ensuring financial discipline, risk management and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Establish monitoring frameworks, KPIs and performance metrics for all projects
  • Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets
  • Track progress against scope, budget and timelines
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
  • Identify cost overruns and inefficiencies, proposing mitigation strategies
  • Ensure financial discipline and transparency in reporting
  • Track project milestones and deadlines
  • Identify risks of delays and elevate to leadership
  • Prepare consolidated dashboards and reports for senior leadership and the board
  • Provide insights into project health, risks and resource utilization
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements and industry standards
