About the Role

Lead the manufacturing division by setting vision, strategy, and operational excellence to drive growth while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement manufacturing vision and roadmap
• Develop short‑ and long‑term strategies to support business growth
• Align manufacturing goals with corporate objectives and budgets
• Oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing performance across plants and facilities
• Conduct root cause analysis of repetitive issues and implement solutions
• Ensure production targets are met with high quality and efficiency
• Establish and enforce quality control systems across all units
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards
• Integrate digital tools for monitoring and analytics
• Encourage innovation in processes and product development
• Track KPIs such as yield, downtime, throughput, and cost per unit
• Implement technology‑enabled quality assurance systems
