Lead the design and execution of process improvement and innovation initiatives across manufacturing operations, driving efficiency gains, cost savings, and cultural change while ensuring measurable ROI and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement roadmap aligned with corporate strategy
- Act as change agent embedding continuous improvement culture
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks across manufacturing facilities
- Standardize processes for scalability
- Drive lean manufacturing practices using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM
- Scout emerging technologies and pilot innovative solutions
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives
- Oversee project execution including planning, budgeting, stakeholder alignment
- Ensure measurable ROI and sustainable impact
- Develop communication and training programs
- Define and track KPIs for improvement and innovation
- Report progress to senior leadership and Board
- Partner with external stakeholders for fresh ideas
