The Head of Legal provides comprehensive legal advisory and compliance support across the company’s entities, overseeing dispute resolution, risk management, and contract negotiations to ensure alignment with both local regulations and global corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory support across holding and subsidiary entities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
• Oversee dispute resolution and litigation management
• Support risk mitigation through legal oversight
• Establish uniform legal frameworks across divisions
• Maintain adherence to local laws while upholding global standards
• Manage contractual oversight, draft and negotiate agreements
• Standardize contract templates
