The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across subsidiaries to capture, document, and analyze business requirements for ICT systems, design process improvements, and ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across subsidiaries to identify business needs
- Document functional and non-functional requirements for ICT systems
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes
- Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and workflows
- Map business workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Recommend ICT‑enabled process improvements
- Standardize processes across subsidiaries where feasible
- Collaborate with Software Developers and ERP Manager to design solutions
- Ensure proposed ICT solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards
- Validate deliverables through UAT
- Translate KPIs into ICT dashboards and analytics requirements
- Track progress against requirements and escalate risks
