About the Role

The People & Culture Supervisor manages end-to-end HR functions—including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance—to foster a positive work environment in Shewa Robit.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary People & Culture contact for managers and employees
  • Support organizational development workshops and job description maintenance
  • Collaborate on workforce and headcount planning
  • Oversee employment administration processes (contracts, promotions, terminations)
  • Coordinate performance management activities (objectives, coaching, evaluations)
  • Contribute to annual workforce and budget planning
  • Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce data
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and labor laws
  • Build relationships with managers and employees
