The People & Culture Supervisor manages end-to-end HR functions—including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance—to foster a positive work environment in Shewa Robit.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary People & Culture contact for managers and employees
- Support organizational development workshops and job description maintenance
- Collaborate on workforce and headcount planning
- Oversee employment administration processes (contracts, promotions, terminations)
- Coordinate performance management activities (objectives, coaching, evaluations)
- Contribute to annual workforce and budget planning
- Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and workforce data
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and labor laws
- Build relationships with managers and employees
