The IT Manager will oversee the factory’s IT team and operations, ensuring reliable infrastructure, aligning technology solutions with business needs, managing budgets and vendors, and leading projects to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT team and daily operations
- Ensure effective operation of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, servers, and office systems
- Develop and enforce IT policies, plans, and standards
- Align IT solutions with business needs in collaboration with management
- Prepare, control, and monitor IT budgets and costs
- Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and performance
- Manage hardware, software licenses, inventory, and security
- Lead and support group and local IT projects
- Maintain system backups, monitoring, data archiving, and reliability
- Provide end‑user support, troubleshooting, and training
- Identify opportunities for improvement and technology adoption
- Ensure compliance with software usage, standards, and security requirements
