About the Role

Lead the marketing and sales strategy for Sunshine Retail’s new premium catering service, driving brand development, market penetration, and revenue growth through client acquisition and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic plans to expand customer base and meet sales quotas
• Oversee product positioning, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand equity
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve catering revenue targets
• Identify and pursue prospect business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers
• Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate contracts for catering services
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
