Responsibilities
- Prepare and assess import/export customs declarations
- Conduct accurate HS Code classification and tariff determination
- Review shipping and customs documents for compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate customs clearance processes with authorities and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Customs Commission procedures and regulations
- Follow up customs assessments, approvals, and clearance status
- Advise clients and internal teams on customs-related requirements and procedures
- Handle customs system processing and declaration submissions
- Maintain proper customs documentation and records
- Support operational efficiency and timely cargo clearance
