- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities
- Coordinate employee training, development, and career growth programs
- Monitor and evaluate performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning
