About the Role

Oversee all human resources functions—recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance—to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll-related activities
  • Coordinate employee training, development, and career growth programs
  • Monitor and evaluate performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning
  • Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data for decision-making
  • Manage disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and termination procedures
