The Finance Officer supports financial administration, HR coordination, and logistical operations for the Dessie Liaison Office of the TRANSFORM project, ensuring accurate documentation, timely settlements, and compliance with donor and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial administration of the liaison office, including payment requests, advances, and settlement
- Prepare and submit documentation for audits and reporting
- Monitor budget implementation and track expenditures
- Coordinate staff travel authorisations and related administrative tasks
- Facilitate procurement processes and inventory management
- Serve as liaison between the liaison office and central finance/HR teams
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and donor requirements
